The Paris Market Bread Mix Grissini Breadstick

The Paris Market specialty bread, cookie, and scone mixes are produced and packaged locally in Georgia using only fine, local ingredients. Simple directions and delicious results. 15 oz
You will need 1 cup of warm water, 2 tbsp of olive oil, parchment paper, and a large baking sheet.
Pour mix into a large bowl, add the yeast packet, and stir well to combine. Pour in 1 cup of warm water, 2 tbsp olive oil, and mix just until the dough comes together. Turn dough onto a floured surface, and knead 15-20 times until it is smooth and elastic. Lightly oil a separate, large bowl and drop the dough inside, turning it once to coat it. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap, and place it in a warm spot for 1 hour to rise.
Heat the oven to 425°F, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll out the dough into a long rectangle, and cut into strips about a finger’s width wide. Stretch each strip of dough to the length of the baking sheet (you may have to bake in two batches) and brush them with water, sprinkling the tops with kosher salt or any other inclusions you wish. Bake for 12-14 minutes until golden brown, then remove to a cooling rack. Serve with marinara or pesto, and enjoy!
