La Vie En Rose

August is here and the headlines never stop. One source of peace I have found lately is something that has always kept me steady…the store. There's always a display to change, customers to chat with, and jewelry to curate. 

 

Last week as I was tearing down the old tablescape to make room for something new- the china I brought from France seemed to spark something. I grabbed anything and everything that had a rose tint to it, happy and playful and fun. Before I knew it, a dining table porcelain garden had appeared and it felt like peace. 

 

I know it doesn't fix things, but I wanted to send along a little of that rose-colored-glasses energy your way and share some of my joy. Set the table, start with dessert, and hold your loved ones close.
