Coastal rainbow trout fillets are harvested from trout raised at sustainable facilities in North Portugal as well as Norway. They are then cold-smoked at temperatures below 90°F, in Sweden, to enhance the natural flavors without overpowering the delicate fish. 

Ingredients: Coastal Rainbow Trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss), extra virgin olive oil, natural smoke, dill and fennel, and salt.
