Framed Maman et Enfant (Mother and Child), 2003
Debiève’s portrait of a mother and child captured in pastels is clearly influenced by a loose form of cubism. Simple, bright, a touch odd yet quite unique, this piece was rendered by Debiève July 11, 2003.
