We partnered with Burlap and Barrel to source Black Lime powder from a family farm in Guatemala. A versatile ingredient common in Persian cooking, the powder is made when fresh limes are sun-dried and then ground into delicious, tiny black flecks. We manufactured this mixer to include tiny flecks in every sip... similar to vanilla beans in real vanilla ice cream.
