The Paris Market Baking Mix Key Lime Square
Bitter and spice brought to perfect sweetness, these key lime squares won’t be bright green, but will be full of flavor thanks to an all-natural recipe and real, dried lime juice.
The specialty bread, cookie, and scone mixes are produced and packaged locally in Georgia using only fine, local ingredients. Simple directions and delicious results. 15 oz
You will need ¾ sticks of butter, 1 large egg, and an 8x8 pan.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Melt butter into a glass bowl, and allow to cool completely. Add the egg and dry mix, and stir well to combine. The batter will be slightly stiff. Press it into a lightly greased 8x8 pan (do not use larger) and bake for 20-22 minutes. The lemon squares will rise as they cook, and fall once they cool to preserve a moist, dense interior. Cut into 16 large or 32 small squares, and sprinkle with powdered sugar to serve.
