You will need 1 cup of heavy whipping cream, a large baking sheet, parchment paper, and a floured surface.
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Pour the mix into a large bowl, and combine with 1 cup of heavy whipping cream until a sticky ball forms. Turn onto a floured surface, and knead 8-10 times, then pat it into a circle 1-inch thick. Cut into 8 or 16 wedges, and place each on a baking sheet. Bake for 14-16 minutes, until just golden, then serve with butter, jam, or your favorite topping!
Tips: For extra color and flavor, brush the tops of the wedges with heavy cream and sprinkle with turbinado sugar to form a golden crust.
